I use a trauma informed approach to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore feelings of depression, anxiety, and chronic stress. Self-care practices are a component of sessions, encouraging a foundation that promotes ongoing awareness and mindful balance. Grounded in an authentic, strength-based therapeutic style, I work to empower resilience, healthier connections, and movement toward comprehensive health and wellness. I use a trauma informed approach to provide a safe environment for exploring life’s challenges.
