My ideal client is ready to examine how their relationships, identity, and lived experiences have shaped their connection to self and others. Many are queer and/or BIPOC, navigating shame, disconnection, and internalized messages around sex, intimacy, and vulnerability. They’re seeking depth, self-trust, and space to show up fully—without needing to perform or explain. In our work, we explore what it means to move from survival to embodied aliveness, centering healing that is grounded in curiosity, consent, and a sense of personal and collective liberation. I help clients navigate the intersections of sex, identity, and emotional wellbeing with compassion and clarity. My work supports the unpacking of societal narratives that have shaped how they relate to their bodies and desires. I offer tools for building emotional safety, deepening self-awareness, and cultivating more authentic relationships.
