The clients I work with are often thoughtful, self-aware, and exhausted. Many have spent years functioning through trauma, holding it all together while privately traversing enormous burdens. They’re usually navigating complex identity questions, relationship patterns, or oppressive systems and are no longer willing to bypass their own needs. They’re not looking for surface-level solutions. They want depth, insight, and a therapist who won’t flinch at complexity. Through this work, I often watch people reclaim parts of themselves they thought were lost, and begin to inhabit a life that feels more congruent with who they are.
