There are no bad parts. I enjoy integrating a holistic perspective into my work, inspired by research addressing the mind and body connection in relation to mental health. I believe all aspects of a client’s well-being must be considered in order to ensure the most effective treatment. I enjoy providing a safe space for clients by hearing about their lives, furthering the opportunity for their development of increased self-awareness and living life intentionally.
