My focus as a therapist is helping my clients feel connected to others, the earth, and themselves. In the world we live in, it is easy to feel disconnected, and for those experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or trauma, this feeling of disconnection can feel even more significant. But what do we do with that? Not knowing where to start is often the thing that keeps us feeling stuck. However, you do not have to go through this alone. Sometimes all we need is a helping hand to guide us through those first steps. This is something that I understand and hope to provide for others as they start their mental health journey.
