I am a New York State License Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years experience working in different counseling settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance use disorders as well as with clients who have experienced trauma or abuse. I believe in treating everyone with compassion and respect, using a person centered approach along with cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy to support and empower.
