Therapy, like yoga, is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self. With an integrative, holistic counseling practice that draws upon elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I recognize the power of our personal narratives and the mind-body connection. My primary ambition as a clinician-in-training is to support clients in developing healthier relationships with themselves so that they may carry their authentic light into the world. Additionally, I am a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, who tries to enhance talk therapy with movement and yogic philosophy wherever applicable.
