My name is Keith Harris, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Number 6801075106. I have been in practice as a therapist for over thirty years. Prior to joining Rula Mental Health, I served in the U. S. Air Force and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with focus practice areas that include working with clients experiencing a broad range of Mental Health issues, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship/marital and family problems, work-related stress, and interest in improving self-esteem, etc.
