I'm a Marriage & Family Therapist with an MA from Wheaton College, passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families heal and grow. I believe love, curiosity, and compassion can bridge even the deepest divides. I work with trauma, disconnection, identity, and performance pressure—especially with athletes, men, and people of color. As a Black man, I bring lived experience around racism and generational trauma. I also support families raising children with special needs. You don't have to go through this alone—I'm here to walk with you. I seek to help you deconstruct stories and beliefs that keep you stuck and reconstruct them as stories and beliefs that empower you and get you unstuck. We co-create empowering narratives that reflect their strengths and values, fostering growth, connection, and lasting change in their relationships.
