I look forward to working with you and tackling mental health challenges together. I specialize in a range of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, expressive therapies, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, grounding techniques, etc. I have been in the field for 10 years and worked at various locations with clients ranging from 4 years old to 80 years old. My degree specialization is in children and adolescent treatment. However, for the past 6 years, I have been working exclusively with adults.
