Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing in the mental health field in the greater Rochester area for over 20 years. My experience is with youth, adults, and families. I have four primary specialty areas: trauma and resilience, sexuality and gender identity, early adulthood, and lastly, managing anxiety and depression. My work with others is based on an authentic connection that allows you to share in a space that is your own. Laughter and creativity are welcomed. People have commented that my casual, relaxed style gives them the support they need without the dread sometimes felt in going to therapy.
