I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults suffering from a range of different issues including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD and severe mental illness. I am passionate about working with individuals and families to create a supportive, caring environment in which each individual can flourish within their family system. I also work with athletes experiencing a range of different issues including performance anxiety, stress management, and body image issues.
