Life can be difficult to navigate, but I believe that we all have the strength and resilience to grow and live a more fulfilling life. Therapy is challenging, and it is important for me to create a space for you to feel comfortable, and open. My goals are to help you reach your goals in a supportive, empathetic, and compassionate space where you feel safe. I have experience working with individuals of all ages in individual, group, and family therapy. My focus has been childhood trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, and depressive disorders. I have worked in an agency setting and private practice setting.
