I’m a tenured counselor educator who trains future therapists and provides therapy rooted in culturally competent, trauma-informed care. I use EMDR, self-compassion, and grace to help clients heal shame and navigate complex trauma. With 10+ years of experience, I support those facing grief, substance use, family conflict, and burnout—especially in healthcare, academia, and service roles. Healing begins when we release self-blame and make space for honest, human responses to pain.
