I practice with individuals, couples, families, and children who are struggling with a broad range of issues, including issues related to anxiety, stress, relationships, trauma and abuse, grief, addiction, intimacy, parenting, eating, medical conditions, infertility, sports, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), as well as renal disease, Parkinson's and Huntington's diseases. My counseling approach is warm and interactive. My clinical approach consists of different treatment approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Method, Imago Relationship Therapy, Jungian Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
