I work with children and teens who may be struggling with anxiety, big emotions, difficulty with emotional regulation, social challenges, or transitions in school or home life. As someone who has worked with children of all ages for many years, I strive to be creative and flexible in tailoring therapy to each child or teen's unique needs, making the process engaging, meaningful, and effective. Watching your child struggle with emotions or friendships can be overwhelming, and you don’t have to face it alone. I provide a supportive space for kids and teens to build skills for managing feelings, confidence, and relationships.
