I work with individuals across the lifespan, from young children to adults, with a special focus on supporting women navigating emotional abuse, post-separation abuse, and narcissistic abuse. I also support parents who may be feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stretched thin, particularly during life transitions or co-parenting challenges. In addition, I work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, and a wide range of mental health issues for those seeking clarity, support, and meaningful change.
