We cannot control everything that happens in our lives, but we can create more of a sense of calm within ourselves. My goal as a therapist is to cultivate a non-judgmental space where you can explore your authentic self. My specializations include working with LGBTQIA+, adults, couples, children, and adolescents, including individuals with ADHD and Autism. I offer a blend of therapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Play therapy, and mindfulness techniques. My goal is to provide you with practical tools and strategies to understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and improve relationships.
