Discovering what from our past serves us well, and what is not serving us so well can help you make choices to move to a healthier, more satisfying and peaceful place in our lives. I believe you have motivation but may need help regaining your momentum. I aim for my clients to better understand themselves and their circumstances and equip them with new tools to promote healing, growth, and peace. I help clients with a variety of concerns. I provide faith-based therapy upon request.
