You may know the issue(s) you need to address or maybe you're realizing that whatever you've been doing hasn't been getting you to where you want to be in life. Regardless of your motivation to start therapy I am committed to providing a safe, positive, and non-judgmental space to assist you in reaching your goals. I have had the experience in working in a variety of treatment settings and currently work with adults with issues such as trauma & PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, and mood regulation.
