I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Lexington, Kentucky with over 20 years of experience in the field. I have been fortunate to serve our community in a variety of roles over the years and have gained experience working with diverse populations of individuals and families. Currently, I provide individual counseling to adults (18 years and above) with a variety of mental health needs including anxiety, burn out/stress, mood disorders/emotional regulation problems, depression, grief/loss, PTSD/trauma, self-esteem/self-confidence issues, life adjustment/life change issues, interpersonal/relational problems. Most importantly, I focus on the therapeutic relationship. I believe the alliance between the therapist and the client is the most powerful tool in therapy.
