I am a Licensed Therapist that has been working with children and young adults with ages 5-25 years. I have been enjoying my line of work for almost 20 years. I work in a school during the school year and have lots of experience to help children and parents in school as well. I use many different therapeutic approaches. I will use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-centered therapy and some behavioral therapy.
