I have spent much of my career supporting kids, teens, and young adults—both in schools and through traditional and telehealth settings—understanding that supporting youth involves multiple stakeholders, including parents and teachers. By actively engaging this team, I hope to create lasting, positive outcomes. Moreover, supporting LGBTQIA+, "neurospicy", and marginalized folx is a cornerstone of my practice, giving space to complex experiences and validating disparities within unsupportive systems; formulating narratives that build resilience and hope. Finally, I support all populations through trauma, life transitions, and stress. My style is collaborative and down-to-earth: we’ll talk about what’s happening, name what’s hard, and build a plan that actually fits your life. I often use CBT and mindfulness to help you understand patterns, reduce overwhelm, and strengthen coping skills, as well as experiential tools when talking feels overwhelming.
