I offer deeply compassionate psychotherapy. Life is profoundly challenging at times for every single one of us. Sometimes we need a space, all our own, to explore our experiences and move forward towards a peaceful mind. I will be here with you to support your personal exploration and offer encouragement and guidance when desired. I believe we have what it takes for positive change within us and I am here to remind you of your own capabilities and strengths. I work with chronic pain sufferers using Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT.) Please reach out to me for more info about PRT. We can explore whether PRT is right for you. I provide meaningful support to clients confronted with a terminal illness or the loss of a close friend or family member. Navigating the emotional landscape of grief and creating pockets of clarity amidst the chaos of overwhelm is some of my most important work done with clients.
