O'Malley Geropsychology's vision is to support older adults (or their family/caregiver) experiencing age-related life changes such as grief/loss, adjustment to chronic illness, anxiety/depression, social isolation, and cognitive changes. I recognize that mental well-being is inseparable from physical health, social connections, and a sense of purpose. My approach extends beyond treating symptoms; I aim to foster a sense of wholeness by addressing the individual's mind, body, and spirit.
