I am passionate about helping adults heal from their trauma and level up into their best selves. My practice specializes in working with adults with trauma, depression, anxiety, general mental health issues, sexuality topics, and intimacy issues. I utilize multiple trauma resolution modalities, including Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, PIT Codependency Model, EMDR, interpersonal & transpersonal psychotherapy, and strengths-based interventions.
