We are in the here and now; but are you stuck in the past? Or feel powerless to move forward? The past can be a time of learning, or it can serve as a red light in our lives and keep us frozen in time. It can paralyze us. Or, we might live in a world of caution lights where we fearfully drift through them, unaware of the present or future, or vigilantly white knuckling our way. We just exist and just "get through" each day. We can come to terms with the past, forgiving our mistakes and others’, can catapult us into a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
