I specialize in working with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, major life changes, and those who identify as (or are parenting someone who is) neurodivergent. I also support individuals working through substance use concerns. I have experience working with individuals in various settings, including CBHI, inpatient units, and outpatient counseling.
