Hello! I'm Kelly, a graduate-level marriage and family therapist. I love to work with individuals of all ages and relationships of all kinds. I offer a space where all of you is welcome, no matter what you are navigating, be it disconnection, life transitions, anxiety, grief, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or something else. I bring a systemic lens to my work, helping to uncover patterns that may be keeping you or your relationships from thriving. My approach is warm and collaborative, and I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and heal when they feel safe and supported. I offer trauma-informed therapy. With children, I use play to help them express emotions, process experiences, and build emotional resilience. With couples and families, I draw from experiential and attachment-based perspectives to support more authentic communication, understanding, and connection.
