Sometimes looking in the mirror is hard when the image looking back at you is not what you pictured. Our past hurts and traumas, broken relationships, unhealthy relationship with food, and painful relationship with our bodies leave us broken and weary. I believe that digging into those painful places brings healing, as well as learning how to move into the present. View 14 Photos I'm a CEDS through the international association of eating disorders, which is the standard in eating disorder treatment, and am trained in many evidence based modalities. I have a passion for trauma, highly sensitive people, anxiety, and ADHD. I use trauma modalities such as IFS, Brainspotting, EMDR, and ART. I believe in deep and profound healing.
