Hello and Welcome - My journey into counseling began with a passion for helping others navigate life's challenges and find fulfillment. I opened my practice in 2014 after meeting and working with Brene Brown’s team in San Antonio, Texas. If her work resonates with you our office is named after the “Man in the Arena Quote” - Arena Counseling LLC. With close to 20 years of experience. I've had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families facing various issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and empowerment. I also treat clients with abuse history, traumas, self-injurious behaviors, eating disorders, and substance abuse histories. My approach to therapy is client driven.
