Your child is struggling. The challenge of parenting your teen seems endless. I can help. For over 25 years I have dedicated my practice to helping teens and their familes through the most challenging part of life. I am passionate about helping teens struggling with anxiety, depression, and navigating relationships with their family and friends. By engaging with these teens on their level and validating their stress and challenges, I gain their trust and build a rapport to create an encouraging environment for therapy. I help teens and their parents decrease stress and mental health-related symptoms and break negative patterns.
