I earned my graduate degree in counseling psychology in 1995 and have been licensed since 2005. With over 30 years of experience in residential, community, and home-based mental health services, I work with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and trauma recovery, and am trained in EMDR. I empower clients to reach their potential and provide ongoing support and coping strategies to help them achieve their goals, both in and outside of therapy.
