For the past 12 years I have been working with individuals of all ages touched by adoption. I work with kids, teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma and challenges related to their identity (adoption, racial, gender). I work with adult adoptees and adoptive parents. I work with people who have recently discovered family secrets through DNA testing or are looking to search for or reunite with birth family members. In addition I work with individuals going through life transitions, women’s issues, and people looking to build their self-esteem and coping skills.
