Therapy is for everyone. Searching for a therapist is brave. It can feel lonely, isolating and overwhelming when you or your child is struggling. We aren't meant to struggle alone. My passion is helping clients make sense of overwhelming emotions and learn how to respond to them with compassion rather than self-criticism. Together we can learn how to navigate anxiety, depression, stress and overwhelm. I am here to support you with whatever life is throwing at you. I use a variety of approaches to support each clients unique needs.
