If you are navigating grief, loss, infertility, or a major life transition, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed by life circumstances — whether that’s the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, chronic illness, struggles to conceive, pregnancy loss, or the emotional strain of assisted reproductive technology. Loss can take many forms. Sometimes it’s sudden and shattering. Other times it’s quiet, ambiguous, or ongoing. In our work together, we’ll create space to process what you’re carrying and find ways to move forward with greater steadiness and self-compassion.
