Welcome! I'm Kelly, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor serving clients in CA, OH, and TN. I specialize in women's mental health, treating adult women who are feeling overwhelmed by the unique stresses of being a woman in today's chaotic world. Most of my clients come to therapy for support with ADHD, Anxiety, Relationship stress, Boundaries, Grief/Loss, Significant life changes, Hormone-related stress (eg, PMDD, PCOS, Endometriosis), and/or generally feeling overwhelmed or burnt out. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Informed care.
