My belief is that the most caring thing a therapist can offer is pushing a client towards their long term goals, while also recognizing and validating the fact that change can be very difficult! I use this dialectical approach with all clients, however the first step is clarifying what is important to YOU, not necessarily to the people around you. I see the relationship of a therapist and client to be one of two equals, working symbiotically together. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I am excited to be a part of your journey!
