They know it is time to focus on themself and have a strong desire to improve their relationships with others. Issues may include self-critical thoughts, feelings of anxiety and/or depression, self-limiting beliefs, and challenges around setting healthy boundaries. I’m passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to self-empowerment, personal growth, and meaningful transformation. My specialty areas include life transitions, neurodiversity, relationships, boundary setting, and trauma. Life can be an absolute rollercoaster leading us to experience waves of highs and lows.
