As a LMFT of 19 years, my mission is to empower individuals to connect with their purpose, meaning, and intention for their lives. Life can be incredibly messy and overwhelming. Anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and other life challenges can deeply impact how we see the world around us. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about walking alongside clients as they recognize their full potential, even while navigating the barriers that obscure their true selves. That commitment became even more profound when I faced my own unexpected medical crisis, an event that left me relearning basic to complex functioning.
