I work with people who are struggling with mental health and/or substance use challenges and are motivated to begin a journey toward healing. They may feel trapped in cycles of anxiety, depression, trauma, or self-doubt, and use substances to cope or to numb emotional pain. Oftentimes, they’ve experienced significant life stressors or trauma that have left them feeling disconnected—from themselves, from others, or from hope for the future.
