Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and able to serve clients in the states of FL, AK, MO, and MA. I am passionate about working with adults who are ready to explore their vulnerabilities and become better versions of themselves. I understand that taking that first step to ask for help is the hardest, and that all the hurt, frustration, and pain that brought you to this point are all valid! In my office you can expect to be able to share your experiences in an open and safe environment. I am passionate about mental health care, and possess skills to help clients experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, ADHD, and/or relationship issues. My therapy approach includes using CBT, solution-focused therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing to assist my clients in achieving their goals.
