Sometimes life can present us with challenges and there are times when we need extra support to assist us through those challenges. Therapy is one way to receive that extra support. Choosing a therapist can be difficult, but it is an important decision. I believe one of the most important factors involved in therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I work with my clients to develop that relationship by listening to each client's individual needs and circumstances.
