I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Digital Health and Wellness Professional. I work primarily with individuals (adults and adolescents), couples, and families to help my clients achieve their therapeutic goals. I am to empower them to challenge regressive ways of thinking and behaving that impede upon their ability to grow and move forward toward a healthier and more fulfilling life. It is my mission to help you strengthen your emotional well-being and build awareness around patterns or triggers that are causing distress or difficulty towards your life, mental health, and relationships.
