I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have worked in mental health for nearly a decade and embrace non-judgment and kindness as the core of my work. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, and trauma as well as severe mental illness, like bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. My approach to therapy is centered on clients feeling safe and welcome. I draw from various therapeutic styles to meet the needs of each client, often utilizing person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family system theory.
