I work with those who are navigating major life transitions, struggling to reflect and cope with what is happening within them. My clients are high functioning and often the go-to person for their community, but quietly struggle with anxiety, depression, or past trauma. I help couples connect on deeper levels and move past negative cycles that drive wedges between them. I create a calm space where you can reflect and change things that are keeping you stuck. I am a Christian, and for clients who desire it, I integrate faith as part of our work together.
