**I currently only can accept private pay (no insurances) and I only offer tele-therapy sessions (not in-person).** It can be difficult to find a good fit with a therapist. But this is most important, since our therapeutic relationship is key to creating the best environment in which you can explore issues and achieve your goals, whatever they may be. I enjoy a relaxed style, and facilitate a warm and safe environment for you to express yourself. I enjoy working with social or generalized anxiety, shyness, self-esteem, grief, family, and relationship issues.
