As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, and I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for individuals who may be navigating the lasting impacts of trauma. With a deep understanding of how trauma affects both mind and body, I take a gentle, collaborative approach that honors each person's unique story and pace of healing. Grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by empathy, I work to build trust, resilience, and lasting change with every individual I support. As a clinician, I offer a mindful, person-centered approach, but utilize a variety of modalities and techniques to best fit the needs of each individual. I have extensive experience helping individuals with a history of trauma as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, conflict, or just the everyday challenges of life. The goal is healing.
