This helps unnecessary stories to gently fall away, revealing their authentic selves, while learning to love and accept who they truly are. One of my specialties is helping to navigate through the struggles of feeling inadequate in life. I also enjoy teaching techniques that provide calmness and well-being in the mind and body. My spiritual journey as a Catholic Christian has become an integral part of how I'm led to help others. My background and training in counseling psychology in combination with my spiritual approach has allowed for very fruitful sessions to unfold.
