Accepting new clients for datime hours only. All of my evenings and nights are currently full. I believe that every person deserves to live a meaningful, purpose-filled life. Sometimes, past trauma and other barriers can get in the way. My background is in working with adults, individuals, couples, and adolescents, and I have been practicing in the Valley for the past 15 years. My therapy methods include using a holistic, person-centered approach in collaboration with my clients towards their healing. Starting therapy can sometimes feel difficult or daunting, and I look forward to helping that transition feel welcoming and safe!
